No. Your request reserves nothing until a SotosExotics representative confirms availability, verifies your documents, and completes your rental agreement.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Zelle, Cash App, credit or debit card, and cash.
Are taxes and delivery included?
No. Displayed rates are before applicable sales tax and delivery fees. Your complete total is confirmed before booking.
Are rental payments refundable?
All rental payments are non-refundable unless SotosExotics and the renter mutually agree otherwise in writing. Refundable security deposits remain subject to the rental agreement and return condition.
